Bjørg
Vik (b. 1935)
Vik was raised in Oslo and has worked as a journalist. She uses realism to explore the everyday experiences of women. She has written dramas and is considered a master of short prose.
Two of her works have been translated into English: An Aquarium of Women (1987) and Out of Season (1983).
