It is approximately a fifteen-minute drive between Dane County Regional-Truax Field Airport and downtown Madison, Wisconsin. They have a web site for arrivals and departures at http://www.msnairport.com/.

Both of the conference’s hotels, the Madison Concourse Hotel and the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace Hotel, provide courtesy vehicles.

If staying at the Madison Concourse Hotel, the hotel provides a phone kiosk near the baggage claim where guests can call to schedule a ride into Madison. More information can be found at http://www.concoursehotel.com/hotel/directions/.

If staying at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace Hotel, guests should call the hotel at 608-255-5100 once they have landed in Madison to schedule a shuttle pickup. More information can be found at http://www.hiltonmadison.com/Hilton_Madison_Parking.asp.

Flying into Milwaukee, Wisconsin
General Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

It is approximately a one-and-a-half hour drive between Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Madison, Wisconsin.

Badger Bus service runs shuttles between Milwaukee and Madison six times per day (between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.). Information can be found at http://www.badgerbus.com/. The bus picks up and drops off in the designated bus loading area near baggage claim # 1, which is located on the lower level, south end of airport. (Look for Badger Bus sign.) When arriving in Madison get off the bus at its second stop, Memorial Union on the UW–Madison campus (800 Langdon Street). A five-minute cab ride could be taken from here (Union Cab phone: 608-242-2000), or it is about a 15 minute walk up State Street (towards the Capitol) from the UW campus to either the Madison Concourse Hotel or the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace Hotel. Flying into Chicago, Illinois
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

It is approximately a three-hour drive between Chicago, Illinois, and Madison, Wisconsin.

The Van Galder bus company runs twelve times per day between Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Madison, Wisconsin. (See the complete schedule online at Van Galder Bus) The Van Galder busses depart from International Terminal 5 (Lower Level) Exit 5E and the O’Hare’s Bus/Shuttle Center. When arriving in Madison get off the bus at its second stop, Memorial Union on the UW–Madison campus (800 Langdon Street).
