Why Study Swedish?
First Year Swedish

Our first year Swedish course currently uses Nya mDl 1 in the first semester and Nya mDl 2 in the second semester. These texts provide students with an understanding of most of the basic grammar of Swedish, as well as a knowledge of central vocabulary words. At the end of one year, students should be able to make themselves understood while traveling and decipher authentic language texts with the aid of a dictionary.
